It applies to this website only. Information that clients share with us for a project is governed by the agreement and any NDA we sign with that client.

We collect only the information we need to respond to you and run our business:

• Details you give us, such as your name, work email, company, phone number, address, project type, message, and optional budget and timeline when you use our contact form or email us.
• Technical information that websites and service providers commonly log, such as your IP address, browser type, device type and the pages you visit.
• Details of your correspondence with us, such as emails, calls and meetings during enquiries or discovery.

• When we build or run AI solutions for a client, the client’s data is used only for that project, under the project agreement and any NDA, with access limited to people who need it.
• Before client data is processed by any AI model or provider, we agree with the client which models and providers are used and where the data is processed, including on-premises options where the architecture requires them.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, for an ongoing business relationship, or to meet legal and accounting requirements. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including access controls, to protect it. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
